ANNA MARIA Sing in a Trio with Laima Vaikule at an Exclusive Concert in Kyiv

A concert by the legendary Latvian singer Laima Vaikule played to a packed house at one of the capital’s clubs. The exclusive evening took place right on Valentine’s Day, in a warm, romantic atmosphere. Laima Vaikule performed her much-loved hits — “Listya Zhyoltye” (“Yellow Leaves”), “Piccadilly”, “Yeshchyo Ne Vecher” (“The Night Is Still Young”) and “Vernisazh” (“Vernissage”). The surprise of the night was Laima’s trio with the Ukrainian duo ANNA MARIA, the special guests of the evening. In the summer of 2019, the ANNA MARIA sisters were guests of the Laima Rendezvous festival in Jurmala for the first time. They then performed together with Laima on the stage of her festival in Odesa. At the Kyiv concert, Laima sang the song “Chao” (“Ciao”) with the duo ANNA MARIA. After the number, the sisters presented Vaikule with a lavish bouquet and declared their love for her — by singing in Latvian! Ukrainian singer Arsen Mirzoyan was also a guest of the evening. On their social media, Anna and Maria shared that they had discussed future plans with Laima and promised to deliver something interesting.
