United for an Important Cause: A Duet with a Star

On September 30, the duo ANNA MARIA sang duets with Ukrainian children as part of the large charity project “Duet with a Star”.
Previously, such projects were held on major concert stages in Kyiv.
This time the project took place in Spain, in a large thousand-seat hall (Alicante, Torrevieja).
The idea of the project: Ukrainian stars sing their songs in duets with talented children.
Well-known Ukrainian artists also joined the project: Iryna Bilyk, Dmytro Koliadenko, Petro Chornyi, Scarlett, Ksanti, Mykhailo Hrytskan, and Vlad Sytnyk.
In the concert, the sisters Anna and Maria sang three songs, each in a duet with a talented girl — from Chernihiv, Uzhhorod, and Kyiv.
That evening everyone was united not only by Ukrainian music but also by an important cause: all the funds raised at the concert were sent to the city of Dnipro, to a children’s residential care home that is currently sheltering children from front-line regions.
The project took place in Torrevieja’s grand hall — the Auditorio Nacional De Torrevieja — which gathered more than a thousand spectators.
ANNA MARIA: “It is incredible that this concert brought together, in one big hall, more than a thousand Ukrainians who are now in Spain. Everyone came with flags, in vyshyvankas, with their children. And once again we sang, cried, and laughed together.”
